An intimate dining experience built around a compact open kitchen. Light bites, sushi, and conversation in a space that balances art, mood, and precision. Includes a backyard patio & social space.

2nd Floor

Daytime coworking and casual dining. Nighttime social hub. Warm interiors, high acoustic control, and a mix of cozy corners and open conversation zones.

3rd Floor

Convertible for coworking, live art, or intimate programming. Minimal design with maximal flexibility. Small bar with vinyl, select drinks, and occasional live sets. An additional private, multi-use room for tastings, meetings, or events.
