Membership Application - NOSTA Dallas

BEFORE WE START

  • I hereby apply for membership of NOSTA Dallas. If accepted, I agree to be bound by the standards of the venue.

  • Please note that all sections must be completed in order for this application to be submitted to the Membership Committee.

  • Any application missing information will be deemed incomplete and not considered.

  • All information shall be treated in confidence.

  • A clear and recent headshot must be included.

  • A letter of recommendation from a current member is highly encouraged. Applicants without a recommendation from a current member may be asked to meet with our membership team.

  • Initiation fees for all memberships will be charged immediately upon acceptance, and annual dues will begin upon NOSTA's opening.

  • NOSTA’s current membership dues and initiation fees are as follows:

    • Founding Membership dues are $3,000 per year (or $250 per month), plus a one-time initiation fee of $2,500.

    • NOSTA Reserve Membership dues are a one-time initiation fee of $15,000. There are no annual/monthly fees for NOSTA Reserve Members and their spouse/partner.

  • NOSTA’s future membership dues and initiation fees are as follows:

    • Emerging Membership dues are $2,400 per year (or $200 per month), plus a one-time initiation fee of $1,500.

    • Established Membership dues are $3,600 per year (or $300 per month), plus a one-time initiation fee of $2,500.

    • If applying as a Creative Member, your annual dues remain the same as above based on your age, with a waived initiation fee.

    • Please note that all applicants who are not accepted as a Founding or Reserve member will be considered for NOSTA’s future memberships.

  • If applying with a spouse/partner:

    • Your spouse/partner receives discounted annual dues and initiation fees (50% discount)

    • Your spouse/partner's annual dues and initiation fee will be charged from the applicant’s account

  • Emerging Membership applicants must be under 35 years of age at the time of acceptance, and pay the lower rate until their 35th birthday.

  • Applicants 35 years of age or older at the time of acceptance will be considered for Established Memberships

  • Both membership dues and initiation fees are subject to applicable taxes and service fees, and are non-refundable.

  • This form will take around five to ten minutes to complete.
