BEFORE WE START

I hereby apply for membership of NOSTA Dallas. If accepted, I agree to be bound by the standards of the venue.
Please note that all sections must be completed in order for this application to be submitted to the Membership Committee.
Any application missing information will be deemed incomplete and not considered.
All information shall be treated in confidence.
A clear and recent headshot must be included.
A letter of recommendation from a current member is highly encouraged. Applicants without a recommendation from a current member may be asked to meet with our membership team.
NOSTA’s current membership dues and initiation fees are as follows:
- Emerging Membership dues are $1,800 per year (or $150 per month), plus a one-time initiation fee of $1,500.
- Established Membership dues are $3,000 per year (or $250 per month), plus a one-time initiation fee of $2,500.
- Creative Membership dues are $1,800 per year (or $150 per month), with no initiation fee.
Emerging Membership applicants must be under 35 years of age at the time of acceptance, and pay the lower rate until their 35th birthday.
Applicants 35 years of age or older at the time of acceptance will be considered for Established Memberships
Both membership dues and initiation fees are subject to applicable taxes and service fees, and are non-refundable.
This form will take around five to ten minutes to complete.
